The Conant Lodge Capital Campaign has been an incredible success thanks to over 150 CRC friends and families who have contributed to this effort with donations of their funds, time, creativity, and hard work. The first phase of the project has been fully completed; the expanded and refurbished Conant Lodge began welcoming guests for the first time in the summer of 2023. The spacious, light-filled dining room has been a joy for everyone to gather in, the ADA accessible restrooms, the expanded indoor gathering space, the stellar views from the dining room and new north deck, and the modern, energy efficient kitchen.
The second phase is of the Conant Lodge Capital Campaign is also complete, with the installation of, and in December 2024, the activation of the two solar panels which will power a portion of CRC’s operations and reduce the CRC’s carbon footprint.
Although the Conant Lodge Capital Campaign projects are complete, we are still relying on generous donations from the CRC community to complete the necessary funding for these projects. By donating, you join a dedicated group of supporters who are ensuring the camp’s legacy for generations to come. Your generosity helps carry forward the spirit of CRC for the next 100 years—thank you!
A donor recognition plaque honoring contributors to the Conant Lodge Capital Campaign will be installed in the dining room. To be included, donations must have been received by the AMC by March 31, 2024. While we regret that we cannot add names after this deadline due to production timelines, every donor’s generosity is deeply appreciated and makes a lasting impact on CRC. Thank you for your support.
Please send any additional contributions to the AMC (address below), or email Stephanie Schiele (sschiele@outdoors.org) with any donor questions.
Be sure to specify that your gift is intended for the Cold River Camp Conant Lodge Capital Campaign.
